About Your Stylist
Michelle Scott has been in the beauty industry since 2010. She specializes in effortless, dimensional styles. She is a graduate of Paul Mitchell: The School Indianapolis. Michelle prides herself in continuing her education, using the knowledge gained to create custom styles to meet every client’s needs. She is a certified extension specialist as well as Master’s of Balayage certified and Brazilian Blowout certified.
When Michelle is not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband, three kids, and dogs. She loves giving back to the community, volunteering on the Artie Fest board as well as adopting a downtown flower bed.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Please kindly give 48 hour notice of cancellation. Any last minute cancellations can be subject to a fee of the cost of the scheduled service up to $100.
Confirmation
As a courtesy, Branch House Salon will automatically send a confirmation text/email 72 hours prior to your appointment. After confirmation, a reminder will be sent 24 hours prior.
Tardiness
Please try to call if you feel you will be late to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a decrease of services and any arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your appointment. Forfeited appointments are considered last minute cancellations and client may be subject to the late cancellation fee.
No Call No Shows
If you do not attempt to contact Branch House Salon, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged and must be paid in full before rescheduling.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on services. Redos will be offered based on a full consultation with the stylist within one week of the initial service.
Refunds will be issued on retail that is unopened within 2 weeks of purchase.
Corrective Services
Color services of a corrective nature will be charged at $100 per hour. A plan will be determined during a required, thorough consultation with the stylist. This will be signed off by both the stylist and the client.
Weddings
Thank you for considering Branch House salon for your special day! We recommend booking your services 3-6 months before the big day. If you are interested in booking, please click the link below. Be sure to include the date and the number in your bridal party requiring services.
Extensions Aftercare
Extensions
Michelle is a certified extension specialist. She is certified in Hotheads tape in and sew-in as well as Wholy Sewn original sew in and undercover sew in extension methods. These methods can be combined as needed for fully customized looks.
